The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. Little Pentwyn is in Clyro, a village one mile from Hay-on-Wye. It's an annex on our home and close to other houses but still a quiet area. Cosy accommodation for two or four (with sofa bed). Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large deck with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and ample free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb.
