Glyn Shepherds Hut is the perfect base for exploring everything that Snowdonia and the North Wales coast have to offer. Located between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed in North Wales, it has probably the best views in the area of stunning Model Siabod. It also combines the romance and cosiness of a traditional hut, with the modern conveniences of an attached shower room and entrance porch that gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit, leaving the hut free of clutter.

Set on a family farm, the cabin is a peaceful luxurious retreat with spectacular views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. Cattle graze in open pastures all around. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Ty Hebog: Cosy 17th Century Barn with Log Burner

Cosy, restored self-catering barn with a log burner. The barn is Grade 2 listed and retains the original 17th century wooden beams. Situated only 7 minute drive from the Rhyd Ddu Snowdon path. Located on a secluded working mountain farm, overlooking the famous village of Beddgelert, just a 10 minute walk down through the fields and ancient oak woodland. From the patio enjoy the magnificent views of the Eryri mountains. The perfect location for hikers with walks from the doorstep.

Unique historic cabin sympathetically renovated in 2012 to provide comfortable accommodation for hill walking groups or family get togethers. The property is all one level and has outside private parking for up to three cars. There is an entrance hallway for boots and jackets; a shower room; a toilet room. A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

We are delighted to offer our cottage in Braichmelyn as a base for your North Wales adventure. Whether you want to spend the day walking the horseshoe or just through the woods to above Ogwen Valley, there is something for everyone. The house is within walking distance of the village, 5 minutes from the Zip wire and 20 minutes from Anglesey and Snowdon.
