This open plan cottage can suit up to 4 adult guests in one queen four poster bed & one sofa bed . There is a sliding , dividing partition between these areas. 5 -15minutes from shops , pubs, clubs & restaurants including Tuggerah WestField. Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.

The Lakehouse

Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The Lakehouse is suitable for a couple or a family of four but is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to accessibility to the lake. **PLEASE NOTE ** WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS Breakfast cereal milk jam etc

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
