The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. She is a very friendly Schnoodle who loves pats and human interaction. We are semiretired and are generally very quiet and considerate. Sunset studio is not available for children and may not be available at times as we have Family who travel to stay and visit.
