Bungalow 252 is a secluded hilltop cedar home getaway. Magnificent 130 degree view of the ocean, Mt. Baker and the Cascades. Hardwood flooring. Eagles, bats, deer and raccoons abound. BBQ, watch boats and occasionally orcas from the deck. Nicely stocked full kitchen. Wood stove. Pod coffee maker with coffee, chai, hot chocolate. 3D HDTV with streaming. Tiny house on beach lot on Orcas Island

Very small (under 300 square feet), very sweet house for one or two. Double bed, bath with shower, LIGHT cooking, wood stove and electric heat, driftwood deck, partial water view. On same beach lot with larger vacation rental and you share yard and beach with guests staying in other house. Bring your kayak, paddle board and/or bicycle. As noted in the house rules, OUR BOATS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. They are old and unsafe and the waters here can be challenging. NO EXTRA GUESTS.

Get away to the quiet island

I built this house as a place for my family to escape to. Open floor plan lots of room on the porch. Fantastic sunset view over water. There is room for many, though during the phase 3 of CoViD-19, San Juan County only allows me to groups of 6 or less. Rental includes access to the 8.3 acres. There is a flat lawn suitable for croquet, and yard games. Most of the place is wooded with paths. Some paths lead to ne of the best swimming ponds on the island.
