Separate Private Detached 1 Room Casita for 2

Our separate/detached one room casita is private and has it's own entrance. It comfortably fits 2 guests located on the NW side of Abq, in a quiet established neighborhood. Casita is located in front of main house to the left as you enter the courtyard, Parking is in the street. Pets are allowed with an added $40 pet fee, please add to reservation at time of booking. Pets must be crated if left in unattended. No matter how well-trained or well-behaved a pet may be, accidents sometimes happen.

Welcome to La Casita! A beautiful example of a traditional southwest style adobe casita. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law.
