My place is in the very center Opatija, cafes, restaurants are a few minutes away.. 50 meters from the sea shore and from seasise promenade leads, 12 km long, it's suitable for long walks or running. You’ll love my place because of the location and beautifull view on the Kvarner bay. It's completely renovated with beautifull big balcony (28 sq m) with automatic shades. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and living room (open space with kitchen) with folding sofa Living room has floor heating.

You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
