Enjoy free off street parking and a stylish experience at this newly renovated annex. Under 15 minutes walk from historic Bath's centre, you can easily access the city's amazing sites and amenities. The property has no kitchen, however does have a new microwave (Jan 2026), kettle, fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Soft drinks, bottled purified water, coffee, tea selection, cereal and milk are all complimentary. Plus a new (Aug 2025) 43" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR TV with Netflix and Prime.

PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave.
