You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus mit großer eigener Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Kingsize Boxspringbett und separaten Bädern, einem Kinderzimmer, Sauna, Kamin und modernster Inneneinrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und direkt zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

Traumurlaub auf der Sonneninsel Rügen im Luxus-Ferienhaus "Strandperle" direkt am herrlichen Sandstrand im Ostseebad Baabe. Unser skandinavisches Haus liegt direkt an der Ostsee in der ersten Reihe zum Strand, ca. 80 m entfernt! Gleich hinter den Dünen im Kiefernwald ist dieses Ferienhaus ein idealer Ort zum Erholen. Das komfortabel und komplett ausgestattete skandinavische Holzhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 75 m² und ist geeignet für max. 4 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder.

Ein Mix aus modernen Technologien, historischer Bauweise, lebensunötigen Gadgets und einer Einrichtung, die erst die nächste Generation auf den Sperrmüll tragen muss, sollen eventuelle Regentage zum heimlichen Wunsch werden lassen. Und ja es stimmt, wir wollen Geld verdienen, aber nur mit deinem Lächeln.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
