Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Villan är nyligt renoverad med nytt rymligt kök och badrum på entréplan samt nybyggd bastu, tvättstuga och gillestuga på källarplan. Trevlig uteplats och grönyta i söderläge där man sommartid kan umgås, grilla, spela spel och plocka äpplen i det stora äppelträdet. Parkering med motorvärmare. Välkomna!

Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.
