Booking 7-10 guests includes the guest loft with the 4th bedroom, 2nd kitchen, laundry & private deck. Pricing for each guest above 6 is an additional per person fee of 86/night before discount. The Mountain Lodge is available year round and sleeps up to 12 guests. The Upper Level includes a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed, 1 with 2 queen beds), a living room with a pull out sofa, large deck and Hot Tub. The Lower Level includes a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 queen beds, 1 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds) a living room with a pull out sofa, and deck. The Lodge also has a grill, fire ring, cable, Wi-Fi & includes bedding & towels. Pets are not allowed.
