Casa 929 consta de dos casas que se alquilan de forma conjunta o independiente. Se encuentra a 30 minutos del hipercentro de Quito. La primera casa tiene una capacidad maxima para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, cocina completa, cancha de futbol, pérgola cubierta, comedor exterior para 40 personas, zona bbq, 13 parqueos.
