The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. I loved coming to this exact apartment so much I bought the apartment as soon as it was for sale. Compared to other rooms in the resort the main part I like about this particular apartment is the simple beach theme interior, beautiful view outside your own patio and the very comfy bed.
