Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. It is on the 2nd floor of a condo building (No elevator). 203 offers Queen bed and a sleeper sofa. In addition to the amazing views, we also have on site bicycle rentals with the BEST rates on the Island. No pets allowed.
