Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen), bathroom & big fully equipped kitchen. There is parking right next to the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (8&5):-)
