I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.

It is a spacious 2 floor house, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, W.C, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditions and ceiling fans. The exterior consists of two courtyards with a garden, barbecue and dining area. The backyard in the shade of the trees has an outdoor shower. Access to the house is very easy.
