Apartment is situated in the center of Buzet known as "city of truffles". It's fully equipped and decorated in modern style. It has two bedrooms - one with king bed for two person and another room with two single beds and one extra bed. Apartment has spacious kitchen and living room with air-conditioner and two balconies. Just in front of apartment are free parking and supermarket. Behind the building is large lawn with kids playground. Restaurants and other services are within walking distance.

Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Novi renovirani apartman nalazi se u prizemlju i ima zaseban ulaz. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe, kupatila te dnevnim boravkom sa kuhinjom. Kuhinja je opremljena perilicom za suđe, pećnicom, hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, aparatom za kavu i kuhalom. Ispred ulaza nalazi se terasa sa prekrasnim pogledom na Oprtalj, šume i vinograde. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The house was an old peasant cottage renovated to modern standards with pool. The whole property is for your sole use. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
