Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

De locatie is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor zomer en wintervakanties, aan de voet van de Molltaler Gletscher, en dichtbij alle outdoor voorzieningen zoals rivier de Moll en de Raggaschlucht. Het moderne appartementenhuis bevat 6 compleet ingerichte appartementen met in totaal 28 bedden. Im Sommer erreichen sie in nur 2 min Gehzeit den Paragleiterlandeplatz sowie zahlreiche Spazier- und Wanderwege. Der Ortskern und ein Badesee sind nur 1,5 km entfernt.
