Come and stay in our Valletta Art Rooms – an artist's cosy studio in one of the quaintest character upmarket streets, with its own entrance on the steps of the iconic Strada Santa Lucia corner with Strada San Paolo. A smart conversion close to St John's Cathedral, Valletta Art Rooms has been our personal culture project during Valletta's tenure as European Capital of Culture. Unique, close to Ramla Bay and between 2 valleys

The studio is on the first floor situated between Ramla and Bingemma Valley. It is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen plus your own very large rooftop terrace with a seating area. AC/Heating is available at an additional cost. It is coin operated and you control usage. €2 lasts about 6 hours on moderate temperature. Bus stop is very close by and Ramla bay is down the hill. You will find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. at the village center which is a 10 minutes walk.

There are private patios with sun beds for sunbathing during the summer months.We also have an indoor heated pool ., open from June to October There are many shops ,food stores, bars, restaurants and bus stops within walking distance.Nearest villages :are Mosta, Birkirkara , Lija and Msida . University a bus ride away.

Studio flat and exclusive pool central St Julians!

My studio apartment is a separate unit. It forms part of a complex of houses in the central area nightlife and entertainment of St Julian's, yet in a quiet residential area. The apartment is located at the basement level and there are several external steps leading to it. It has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom and a separate private entrance from the garden and private pool area, all for the use of my guests!
