This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
