The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. A tiny loft cottage just comfortable and cozy enough for one or two people. Includes an outside garden space under the pergola with Adirondack chairs and fire pit, lovely for relaxing. We are situated close to Admiralty House and Deep Bay where you can swim, explore caves and cliff jump. Approximately 7 minute drive to Hamilton. Bus #4 Airbnb guests only allowed on the property, no parties or outside guests. Safety concern with stairs for children below age of twelve.

Little Arches Studio close to town

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII).
