(10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Our freshly designed japanese style residence is located right on the street of Cypriot Martyrs (KIBRIS ŞEHİTLERİ CADDESİ), the most touristically active area in our beautiful city. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
