The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.
