Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

This spacious, modern, bright apartment centrally located has some of the most wonderful views of historic Nottingham lace market. It is so close to all the best up and coming bars, restaurants and activities that you do not need to be anywhere else. You have car parks, train station, public transport, local supermarkets along with cinemas & music venues all nearby. The apartment remains peaceful and quiet even in the buzzing historic heart of Nottingham. Also we do not allow parties or smoking.

Within walking distance of public transport links plus shops, bars and restaurants. The property is on the 1st floor - there is no lift and it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Surrounded by quaint villages the cottage is set within 25 acres and tennis court. A short drive to the historic towns of Newark and Southwell and the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln. 20 minutes from the cottage are Sherwood Forest and the Robin Hood Centre and Clumber Park. Sheffield and Leeds are an hour away by car. The cottage features a wonderful moat and has private off road parking. Stabling and horse box parking available at an extra cost.
