La casa è dislocata su due livelli. 1° zona giorno: giardino con loggiato, munito di barbecue e ideale per i pasti, dal quale si accede all'angolo cottura e al salotto, dotato di bagno di servizio. 2° zona notte: camera matrimoniale, camera con letto a castello e bagno.
