Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Un monolocale a piano terra con un'accesso autonomo si trova in una zona tranquilla del porto peschereccio a pochi passi dal centro e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato (internet, tv, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ventilatori a soffitto) e comodo per una coppia o una famiglia con un bambino che vogliono passare una vacanza tranquilla nella nostra regione. Spazioso trilocale di recente ristrutturazione situato nella via principale di Lignano Sabbiadoro a 200 metri dalla spiaggia. L’appartamento, affacciato su di una corte interna che garantisce silenzio e tranquillità, si compone di soggiorno, cucina separata, un bagno e due ampie camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una doppia dotata di tre letti singoli). Di pertinenza posto auto scoperto nel cortile interno, wi-fi, lavatrice e aria condizionata.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
