I've hosted a SU employee single lady, a traveling MRI medical couple, a Nevada family moving to NY, an executive, Florida and Texas summer vacationers.

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
