It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta. Mjesto je mirno, pogodno za šetnje prirodom i brdski biciklizam.
