We are based just outside SOUTH MOLTON in beautiful countryside on the edge of EXMOOR. The hut is totally off grid allowing you to get away from it all .A separate toilet and hot power shower are only a few steps away. We provide everything you need to make your own breakfast on the first morning, including fresh eggs and homemade bread.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Conveniently situated within driving distance to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.
