Our family friendly Victorian home was built in the early 1900s and has lots of charm. We are 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge in sunny Marin County, CA. It is an easy walk to the San Rafael transit center and downtown shops and restaurants. The 1100 sq ft apartment is in the lower level of our home and was newly constructed in the spring of 2014. Both bedrooms are very large as is the bathroom. My son, my terrier and I occupy the upper level of the home.
