PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic' is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.
