Delizioso ed affascinante appartamento di 40mq situato in una casa degli anni '20 recentemente ristrutturata, la casa Ara, offre l'occasione di un soggiorno a Fiume in un contesto particolare. La casa, circondata interamente da un riposante e curato giardino privato con alberi e piante orticole e decorative, dà la possibilità di respirare l'aria rurale e caratteristica di un quartiere antico lontano dal trambusto cittadino ma a soli 15 min a piedi dal centro, dall'area portuale e dalle stazioni.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We are also pet friendly :) About the parking : New city parking garage Zagrad is beside the apartment where you can safely leave your car. The price is 80cent per hour from 7am till 6pm and from 6pm till 7am 40cent per hour On weekend's the city parking Gomila Square is free of charge from Saturday 2pm till Monday 7am. There is also free parking 2km away from the apt.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Beautiful beach Ploče ( Kantrida) is 10 min with local bus or car.

If you want to wake up to the birdsong this is the place for you. Nice and green neighbourhood. Close to everything but still not in the hive. Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.
