Close to the immigration and visa service and some diplomatic representations (USA, EU and others). Room n°4 is on the 2nd floor. It is air-conditioned, ventilated, has a mosquito net and its own TV set (screen). The payment of the electricity consumption is at the expense of the traveller according to his consumption.
