Relax in comfort and style in this immaculate beach side abode. An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

An Ocean View Hillarys/SorrenVilla

Amazing semi detached 2 storey villa with huge ocean views. The beach is through the park that you see in pictures and across the road. Hillarys Marina is 5 minutes walking distance away - Western Australia's most highly visited area. Trendy cafes and restaurants all walking distance. This villa sits high on a hill and has panoramic views. Kitchen boasts high quality appliances so you can cook with ease while watching the boats sail by. 50"flat screen TV . Bedroom, takes up whole of downstairs including a beautiful bathroom and compact laundry. A very comfortable queen sized bed because we know how important this is. There is also a single bed which is just around the corner and has a room divider for extra privacy if you happen to be staying with a third person. Large balcony where you can feel a part of the ocean. There is a BBQ in the private court yard for quick and easy meals. You won't want to leave - apart from a dip in the ocean followed by a coffee and delicious organic food, or perhaps a stroll to Hillarys Marina. For those who love to exercise, there is a walkway and cycle way along the coast that goes on for kilometres both north and south. Truly beautiful. Surrounded by luxury homes. An excellent area. Bus stop is 50 metres away where you can catch bus directly to train station. From here you can travel into Perth, Fremantle or as far as Mandurah. Luxury without breaking the bank. Treat yourself.

Granny Flat in Marmion

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Short walk to the beach. Self contained granny flat. Separate entry and fully enclosed but built under main roof of our house. IGA just around the corner, with bakery, cafe, bottle shop and newly opened bar and pizzeria General Public. You have sole use to the seating area outside the granny flat by the pool and are welcome to use the pool and fire pit. (Weather permitting and we do not use these areas whilst guests are here)

Watermans Bay Studio - Pool & 100m walk to beach

This modern studio is a short stroll to Watermans Bay beach, Star Swamp Nature Reserve & excellent cafes/restaurants, with opportunities to enjoy a multitude of ocean, bush & entertainment activities in the local area. Otherwise, relax & enjoy this separate self-contained studio, with queen bed, lounge, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, aircon, WiFi, TV, clothes washer & outdoor cooking & dining facilities. Or enjoy the shared large saltwater pool & outdoor shower. Off street parking is available.
