This is a two room above the garage apartment with a dedicated side entrance for guests separate from the main house by screens down and a barn door up. Once upstairs you have your own private space. The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Private charcoal grill and fire pit next to the creek.

We live on the top floor.
