Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an extra $20 pet fee. Please message the host for details. No cats allowed.

It is within walking distance of adventure for all ages including whitewater rafting, tubing, and ziplining, and driving distance of National Parks. With bike, ATV, and hiking trails out the back door, there's always something to do. This location facilitates the perfect getaway for family and friends.

This area has some of the best kept secret Mt. Biking and Off-Road riding in Central Utah. The home itself is a uniquely built heritage home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a covered patio with its own sitting and dinning table, as well as a half court basketball hoop.

Cozy Cabin near Beaver

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

Marysvale/Highway89/Bryce/Piute Trail Whole Home

Newly custom rebuilt 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 kitchen home is perfectly situated . The home also features a covered patio and upper deck and plenty of parking! Marysvale is the last town heading towrds I-70 in the heart of the Piute trail system, and the mouth of Bullion Canyon. This former boarding home, the "Lucy Deluke" house, holds interesting stories and a spot in the hearts of old timers in town. We've kept the great views.

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. It has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
