The apartment is located on 1.350 meters above sea level and the ski slopes are in walking distance with parking reserved only for residents. In the heart of Mavrovo National Park with variety of outdoor activities on the slopes of Mountain Bistra and the nearby mountains Korab, Deshat, Krchin.

On the ground floor you can find billiards and table tennis, on the first floor there is a large living room with a place for relaxation and enjoyment, the kitchen and a WC are also part of the first floor. On the second floor there are two rooms and a WC with a shower cabin, in one room there are 2 single beds, in the other 1 double bed. On the third and last floor, 4 people can sleep, that is, there are 4 single beds.
