From relaxing on the patio under romantic lights to lounging in the comfortable couch in the dining area, Lodge-ical is the perfect tiny home getaway! It comes with amenities for staying in and cooking or it’s close enough to various dining options in town. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.

One bedroom, one bath efficiency apartment. You have the whole apartment to yourself. It is approximately 560 sq ft. It is close to Howard Payne University and town. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. There is a covered parking space in the back of the house. You can sleep 2 people here, maybe 1 on the couch in the living room. There is a King size bed in the bedroom.
