This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Recently built, my self-contained house in Fitzgerald is modern and family-friendly. It is 5 minutes from the Tyenna river and a magic spot for fishing and watching Platypus. I'm also less than 5 minutes from the Maydena Mountain Bike Park. Also MT Field and National Park are a 10 minute drive. Stay in and prepare meals or have dinner at the Mountain Bike Park (check their socials for opening times). As well, the visitors center at MT Field has a stylish and comprehensive cafe.

The timber cladding and concrete floors give feel of a mid century cabin styled home. She is set in a lovely landscaped garden with magnificent views from most rooms, her kitchen seated areas are huge and overlook the mountains and garden area which lends itself to the comfortable gathering and unwinding of larger groups after a day on the trails.
