Idéal pour découvrir l'Ouest de la France et le département de la Mayenne. A proximité de la voie verte pour des promenades à pieds ou à vélo. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Discover the Mayenne countryside, the city of Fougères and its fabulous Château, Laval, Vitré, Rennes, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Granville, ... The house is surrounded by nature, quiet without any nuisance and we live in the house next door. You will have a kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor as well as a toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 bed and 2 with 2 beds 90), a bathroom and a toilet.

Renovated to a high standard with original beams. 3 bedrooms - 1 with en-suite wet room. 2nd bathroom, 2 toilets.
