Se trata de un alojamiento totalmente independiente adosado a un chalet unifamiliar. Consta de salón-cocina. Baño completo, habitación doble y terraza de unos 25 metros cuadrados, ideal para desayunos y cenas al aire libre y como zona relax. Hemos renovado el alojamiento y lo hemos convertido en un apartamento totalmente privado (entrada propia incluso). Antiguamente se alquilaba por habitaciones, de ahí que en las reseñas anteriores aparezca como espacio compartido.

La casa está situada en primera linea de playa en Matalascañas, playa del parque Nacional de Doñana. Zona muy tranquila donde puedes disfrutar del mar. La playa tiene kilómetros de arena blanca que la hacen única. Está cerca del centro urbano. En las proximidades tiene restaurantes, supermercados y un cine de verano.
