This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. Shasta Ski Park for winter sports and McCloud Falls for a summer excursion. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace! Great location located in the heart of McCloud near shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter and fishing, hiking and boating in the summer! The view of Mt Shasta can be enjoyed on the front porch while you sip your favorite drink! Enjoy the warmer months on the back patio that has a patio table and a beautiful and delicious apple tree!
