A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? The retreat offers a calming view of the lake. There is wifi, a full kitchen, queen bed, living room area, dining table, full bath, and a large picture window looking out on the lake. The large kitchen table doubles as a workspace with ergonomic chair. I can bring in a folding twin bed on request. A large deck offers views and dining options in the summer. Northern lights can be seen in the winter from the large picture window.
