Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. 416 Mid-Mod is a private, lower-level getaway in a modern and centrally located home in Charlotte's Wesley Heights neighborhood. The entry is tucked behind a gate and down a paved, well-lit pathway. The exterior space is appointed with a Weber grill, outdoor dining set, and fenced in yard. Inside, guests will enjoy a queen-sized bed, 50" Roku TV, dining set, comfortable chair, bathroom, and a kitchenette/walk-in closet.
