You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Dabei entstanden für Gäste 2 Ferienapartments. Der Saal des Kulturhauses wird als Atelier genutzt. Auch als Kulturstätte lebt das Haus, neben einem regelmässigen Mal- und Zeichenkurs, gibt es Ausstellungen, Konzerte, Lesungen, Workshops und Feste.
