Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

All the Tech companies 5 minutes walk away and you are a 10/15 minute stroll to Temple Bar, Grafton Street,Trinity College and City Centre. We are easy going on check in/out times and will try our best to accommodate you. We also have a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers 🖤

Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Come and have an authentic experience in one of Dublin's special Georgian apartments, situated on Mountjoy Square, in the heart of Dublin's North Georgian core, and just minutes from O'Connell Street. The large studio faces East and is flooded with light from the three full-length windows overlooking the gardens of Mountjoy Square. Built in 1792 both house and apartment retain all their original features, combined with modern comforts. It is approximately 400 sq. ft, or 38m2.
