It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

WE ARE PERFECTLY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 50 , NOT INTERSTATE 70 (we run parallel to/Interstate-70, 15 minutes from any exits), within a secured, gated 3/4 fenced property, 7 min. to downtown Grand Junction. Two queen beds, couch, futon, large reclining chair, E-Z Up portable self rise queen bed, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, ample parking. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.
