In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress

Το δίκλινο δωμάτιο διαθέτει κλιματισμό, αφυγραντήρα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και σεσουάρ. Η μικρή, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα περιλαμβάνει εστίες, ψυγείο, σκεύη κουζίνας, βραστήρα για τσάι και μηχανή Nespresso. Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.
