Na zona traseira da casa encontram um terraço privativo onde podem desfrutar de momentos de relaxamento e onde têm um pequeno grelhador para usar. Todas as divisões da casa são privativas (não há nenhum espaço partilhado). Fica a 5km da Praia do Baleal
