After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

Porta tutta la famiglia in questo fantastico alloggio con tanto spazio per divertirsi. La casa è grande con giardino situata nel borgo di Cavi a 100 metri dalla spiaggia molto bella e tranquilla. Ottimi ristoranti di tipica cucina ligure, pesce e pizza sono a 50 metri dalla casa. Ottimo paesino sulla costa attaccato a Sestri Levante per fermarsi e conoscere in tranquillità e possibilità di visitare Portofino e Cinque Terre a 20 minuti di distanza coi mezzi di trasporto.

Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
